Tarte aux Fraises, Vanille & Chocolat


La gourmandise, c'est simple comme une tarte aux fraises.
Avec une boule de glace à la vanille, de la Bonne Maman parce que c'est la meilleure.
Et de la sauce au chocolat, made by Pierre Hermé of course.

Sauce au Chocolat

  • 125g de chocolat noir amer
  • 125g de crème épaisse
  • 70g de sucre
  • 250 mL d'eau

  1. Couper le chocolat en morceaux et le mettre dans une casserole
  2. Ajouter l'eau, le sucre et la crème, mélanger à la cuillère en bois
  3. Porter la sauce à ébullition en remuant toujours 
  4. Laisser bouillonner doucement tout en remuant, jusqu'à ce que la sauce épaississe et nappe la cuillère (une quinzaine de minutes).

As rough as that neighborhood could be, we had us a community. Nobody, no victim, who didn't matter. And now all we got is bodies, and predatory motherfuckers like you. And out where that girl fell, I saw kids acting like Omar, calling you by name, glorifying your ass. Makes me sick, motherfucker, how far we done fell.
