Gnocchi Never Look Good

But they taste great !

Gnocchis aux épinards et gorgonzolapour 2 personnes

• 300-400g de gnocchi
• 400g d'épinards
• 125g de lardons
• 1 petit oignon
• 150g de gorgonzola
• lait

Cuire les gnocchis quelques minutes à l'eau bouillante salée
Faire revenir l'oignon avec les lardons dans une poêle
Ajouter les épinards et chauffer quelques minutes
Ajouter le fromage en dés et mouiller de lait
Laisser fondre le fromage et mélanger aux gnocchis chauds.
