- 2 filets de poulet, coupés en morceaux
- 1 mangue mûre, découpée en cubes
- 150 mL de lait de coco
- 150 mL d'eau
- 1/2 citron
- 1cs de concentré de tomates
- 1cc de curry de Madras
- 1cc de gingembre
- huile
Saisir les morceaux à feu vif dans l'huile
Ajouter la mangue et le concentré de tomates
Assaisonner de sel, curry et gingembre
Verser le lait de coco, puis l'eau
Porter à ébullition
Laisser mijoter 40-45 minutes à feu doux.
