Sunday's dish

Plus gourmand que le précédent ? mm, plus cosy peut-être, plus pantouflard, voir.

  • 1 chou-fleur, pas trop gros
  • 200g de lardons
  • 1 gros oignon, haché
  • 500 mL de bouillon de poule
  • 100 mL de crème fraîche
  • 1 noix de beurre
  • 2cs de farine ou fécule
  • fromage râpé
  • chapelure
  • Quelques brins de persil plat frais, hachés
  • noix de muscade, poivre noir concassé
Cuire le chou-fleur environ 20 minutes à l'eau bouillante
Laisser refroidir
Faire revenir
les lardons à la poêle
Récupérer
la graisse
Détailler
le chou-fleur en bouquets
Disposer
les bouquets dans un plat à gratin
Parsemer
des lardons et du persil
Faire revenir
l'oignon dans le beurre et la graisse des lardons
Ajouter
le farine => roux blanc
Verser
le bouillon et bien délayer
Laisser mijoter
10 minutes environ
Incorporer
la crème fraîche et assaisonner de muscade et poivre
Verser
cette sauce sur le chou-fleur
Parsemer
de chapelure et de fromage râpé
Enfourner
environ 15-20 minutes pour faire gratiner.
