Verser le vinaigre balsamique et la sauce soja sur le boeuf
Laisser mariner 3h au frais
Faire sauter les lanières de boeuf au wok dans l'huile
Réserver
Faire revenir les oignons et le poivron 10min
Ajouter la viande et son jus
Verser la marinade, le ketchup et un verre d'eau
Laisser frémir quelques minutes
Incorporer le persil et les noix de cajou hors du feu.
